How to Request a Refund

No Return Shipping Required
You do not need to ship the product back to receive your refund. We trust our customers.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@daysomnia.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
